This replacement carburetor assembly is an authentic OEM supplied part that is specially produced for Shindaiwa gas powered lawn and garden equipment. It purpose is to mix gas and air into a combustible mixture before it goes in the engine. This assembly includes a metal carburetor with a rubber primer bulb and it is sold individually. Please note carburetor gaskets are sold separately. You will need a screwdriver set to complete this repair.

2. Mount carburetor and gasket to engine and tightened mounting bolts to proper torque setting.
3. Slide throttle cable through outer carburetor?air filter housing. Attach Throttle cable.
4. Attach fuel line and fuel return line to carburetor.
5. Attach outer carburetor / air filter housing to carburetor with 2 mounting screws.
6. Attach air filter and air filter cover.
7. Fill fuel tank and go through starting procedure.
8. Start engine and warm to operating temperature. Adjust idle speed.

2. Removed air cleaner cover.
3. Removed air filter
4. Unbolted cover from engine and carburetor.
5.Unbolted carburetor from engine.
6.Removed carburetor gasket from engine.
7. Unscrewed throttle cable assembly from old carbuetor.
Reversed process while installing a new carburetor.
It ran perfect when finished.
