Believe the old gas cap was causing a vapor lock due to blockage (mostly age). Appears to have fixed the problem, but only Spring will really tell.

It was just a matter of looking at how the old deflector was mounted, then putting new one on the same as the old one.
Of course the gas cap was just a matter of throwing the old one away and twisting the new one on.
I appreciate the fast and efficient service I received in ordering the parts. If I ever need anything else I know your number. And the price was good too.
I was so proud of getting the new parts that I mowed the lawn twice when it didn't even need it.
