1. Inserted the cable end in the throttle plate,
2. Clamped the cable to the mounting point in the bottom slot, making sure to use the narrow groove.
3. Mount the throttle handle on the arm.
4. Check the operating range of the throttle handle to ensure proper movement of the throttle plate, adjust the cable in the clamp as needed.
