Parts Used
Removed the cable at the top of handlebars (10mm nuts).
Turned mower on side unsnapped the cable from under the motor.
Fed the new line under the motor and snapped in place.
Turned the mower back over and zip tied the clutch cable to the accelerator cable then attached cable to the bracket (10mm nuts) at the top of the handlebar and fed into the clutch cable into the handle and inserted in handle base.
Final adjust cable and works great.

Turned the mower back over and zip tied the clutch cable to the accelerator cable then attached cable to the bracket (10mm nuts) at the top of the handlebar and fed into the clutch cable into the handle and inserted in handle base.
