Parts Used
Pull the T-shaped end into the bracket on the handle.
Now adjust tthe tension with the nut and threaded sleeve on the cable so that there is tension in the cable but not so much that the clutch engages. I used a channel lock pliers and an open end wrench to make this adjustment and tighten the nut against the threaded tube (so it acts as a jam nut).
Reinstall the clutch mechanism cover.
The whole process took about 25 minutes. If I did it again, it would take considerably less time now that I know how to do it.

6. Started up the blower and it tested ok.

2. Remove lower cover over clutch lever.
3. Remove lower clutch cable from lever.
4. Attach new cable to lower clutch lever.
5. Thread new cable up through guide on side of handle.
6. Loosen adjustment screw on cable.
7. Attach upper end of cable to clip on clutch actuator bar.
8. Attach clip to bar and bar to upper handle.
9. Adjust cable length.
10. Reinstall lower clutch lever cover.
