This is a genuine manufacturer-sourced part which is specially designed for use with DeWALT and Porter Cable nailers. The purpose of this bumper is to keep the piston from hitting the bottom of the cylinder and damaging it. Because this part gets so much abuse it has a tendency to crack and fall apart eventually requiring a replacement. Keep in mind this high-quality part is made of durable material and is sold individually. wrong parts ordered
I sent the parts back for my nail gun that I ordered. I was told I would receive a refund, which I did. But even though I paid to have the parts shipped (shipping charge) I was not able to get the shipping charge and re-ordered the parts I needed and payed again for all shipping charges. I won't do that again.
