purchase a new brew basket from your company , remove the old brew basket wash out the new brew basket then drop the new one inside the coffee maker.No tools were needed, I am real happy you had this brew basket Bed and Bath and other stores do not sell this style. The price is great the delivery was fast, thanks for having this product.
