Parts Used
1) Remove 2 nuts on bar cover, loosen chain tensioner screw, remove chain & bar.
2) Remove Torx-head screw holding brake lever in place.
3) Remove brake lever, be sure to save metal bushing - takes a bit of force.
4) Use the opportunity to clean the parts of oil, sawdust, grime, etc.
5) Replace brake lever - again, use a bit of force to snap it into place. Replace bushing. Replace torx-head screw.
6) replace bar, chain, and bar cover. BE SURE TO GET CHAIN IN RIGHT DIRECTION!
7) Replace nuts on bar cover, hand-tighten. Now tension the chain with the tensioning screw. Tighten nuts on bar cover.
