1. Removed the wheels from the old axle.
2. Removed the two screws that held the axle assembly onto the vacuum.
3. Transferred the height adjustment catch from the old axle assembly to the new one.
4. Reinstalled the two screws to secure the new axle assembly.
5. Reinstalled the wheels.

Wheel broke off at the front axle, axle broke

Parts Used
Popped the plastic center piece off each wheel, used torx driver to remove screw and wheel. Turned upside down removed two brackets holding the axle on. Removed axle and spring inserted for push lever to adjust height. Installed new axle secured with brackets, inserting the spring into push lever. Installed each wheel tighten down all screws. Pop the wheel cover back on and worked like new!
