Cord came off after 30 minutes of use with the attachment

Removed cover and hard to stretch cord to get brush unit back in place; cord broke off and had a large nick in the rubber. At least the cord did not completely break apart as it was reinforced with a fiber cord in the middle and I was able to reinstall and use again for 10 minutes. Not sure how long the cord will last but it seemed to be made better than my previous all rubber belt.

Removed lower cover, no tools required, slipped off old belt, lifted out brush roll, put new belt over brush roll and reinstalled on machine. Very easy to do.

Place the belt around the motor shaft and the brush roll
Pull on the brush roll so it sits in its place
