1. Had to remove the pulley.
2. Took off old parts off.
3. Replaced with new parts.
4. Reassembled.

1. Removed drive deck
2. Removed housing covers
3. Sanded any imperfections from the spindle wheels and wiped clean
4. Replaced belt
5. Reattached housing covers and drive deck to mower.
6. Let mower run for 5-10 minutes prior to engaging blades
