The idler arm had its guides broken off so that the belt would continually jump off of the idler wheel.

    1. Took out the cotter pins that hold the connector arm for the tensioner to the idler arm.
    2. Loosened the bolt holding the idler wheel.
    3. Took out the bolt that held the Idler arm assembly. Two wrenches...one above the deck, one below.
    4. Removed the broken assembly and discarded.
    5. Replaced the idler arm with a new one that had the "belt guides" intact.
    6. Releasing the tensioner (above the deck) allowed the installation of the belt with very little trouble.
    7. Replaced the bolts, the tensioner arm connector, and the cotter pin holding the connector.
    8. Tightened the bolts and it worked like a charm.

I called eReplacementParts.com and gave the service rep my information about the part I needed and when it came in (fast shipping), I lowered the decking on my riding mower and put the belt on with ease.

This was the 2nd purchase I made from eReplacementParts.com for this mower. They are the ONLY ones who had what I needed since my riding mower is such an older model. I will definitely continue to do business with them. Not only do they have the parts I need, but all the service reps are extremely nice and will help you in any way they can!
