Product Description ?

It is an authentic OEM part which is made for Lawn Boy and Toro riding lawn mowers and garden tractors. This is one of the special bearings that allow wheels to rotate with minimum friction. Unfortunately, over time it may wear out or get damaged eventually requiring a replacement. One durable metal bearing-wheel is included. Make sure to check the appropriate diagrams for your model for the correct installation of the new component. You will need a wrench set to perform this repair.

    Medium

    Time

    30-60 minutes

    Tools Used

Pliers, Socket set, Hammer, drifter to remove bearings.

    1. Removed the old tie rod ends first with a tractor on a jack with jack stands.
    2. Installed new tie end trying to locate them into the same location to avoid a front wheel alinement.
    3. Removed both wheels and replaced the four bearings. Getting hem out and the new ones in is always difficult. I had not ordered the caps and did not really need the ones but could have so they were a good add. Could if you want to add something could be two cotter pins as the ones being removed are a little bent to use again.
    4. Assembled the wheel and test drove to check for alignment and all was fine.
    5. Filled all nipples with grease.
