Screwdriver, Needle nose pliers

Disassemble the 60 yr old reel
Replace all pitted and worn exterior chrome pieces
Clean and lubricate all gears and drag components
Using the reel schematic for identifying all parts for this reel is essential
When reassembling the reel there is YouTube videos out there with correct sequencing of gears,springs,dog pins and drag washers that are very helpful
I have a Penn international 475 medium boat rod and now I have a backup for the price of oem parts.
