START BY TURNING OFF THE CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR THE OVEN.
    1. Removed oven door. Easy...open door to about 30 degrees and lift out of hinges,
    2. Removed 2 screws of the lower heating element. Easy for a young person. (I'm OLD)
3 Removed 2 screws from back of UPPER heating element. Not easy, you have to be limber to reach these.
    4. Pull range away from wall to gain access to back of range.
At this point I had to vacuum the cobwebs and other nasty things from the back of the range and the floor. Also had to explain to my lady HOW the bugs and stuff collected there.
    5. Unplug range electric cable.
    6. Remove 2 screws from the cover over the oven wiring and give the cover to my lady to wash.
    7. Carefully remove the wires from both heating elements. You may need needle-nose pliers for this. MAKE SURE YOU GRIP THE CRIMP AROUND THE WIRES ONLY. YOU DON'T WANT TO DAMAGE THE SLIDE PARTS OF THE CONNECTOR.
    8. Remove the lower element, carefully replacing the insulation in back. Easy
    9. Remove the 2 screws at the front of the upper element. Easy for a limber person. You may have to have someone hold the element in place.
    10. Follow the steps in #8 for the UPPER element.
At this point, sit back, rest your back for 2 hours while someone else cleans the oven. This is the reason you should remove BOTH elements.
    11. Reverse the process to re-assemble the oven. You WILL need someone to hold the upper element in place while you put the front 2 screws in.
All of this will normally take less than 1 hour, plus whatever time you use for cleaning. (I'm OLD, so it took me 4 days to get here.)
