China generator
I was told by the local professional part & service company that parts for the generator that I was requesting we're not available. I won't be able to get the components I needed to get my unit going. E replacement parts came through, no problem at all. Cost and delivery was fine.

Removed end cover of the generator where the AVR is located by removing two 5/16 head screws then disconnecting the the quick connect wires then remove the two 5/16 nuts that secure the line voltage wires then remove the two sta/con connections from the brushes assembly removed the two 5/16 head screws pull out the AVR and install the new AVR in reverse order. I know this sounds like a lot of difficult work but it really isn't.

Removed the back cover of generator and replaced the voltage regulator and brushes. Problem solved.

Remove end cover, Remove module leave wires attached .install new module and transfer wires. Replace cover.
