Is there a "plastic" replacement gas tank for a Generac GP 6500? The current "metal" replacement is : 0H7510AASRV. But I have noticed many posts of them rusting quickly (as mine did). What is the best way to prevent a metal tank from rusting on the inside?

It comes with a fuel inlet, fuel outlet, high pressure gauge, low pressure regulator w/fuel line installation Hardware Kit and mounting collar. The Shut off Valve is 0J0974.
