Product Description ?

This is a genuine replacement blade which is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with Snapper riding lawn mowers and garden tractors. An air lift blade is a unique style of blade designed with larger wind wings which will increase the airflow and aid in bagging grass clippings. Over time the blade may wear out or get damaged eventually requiring replacement to maintain a clean cut lawn. Dull or worn lawnmower blades can cause the grass blades to tear and fray causing a yellowish coloring on the top of the lawn. It is a high-quality component which is made of durable metal and is sold individually. Refer to the owner's manual for your model for the correct replacement procedure. You will need a wrench to remove the old and secure the new.

For Blade: Lift Lawn Tractor onto rear stands to reveal blade and remove with 3/4 in. Socket and Wrench (2 Bolts). Since this is an "air lift" blade the lift "wings will have to be transferred to new blade (3 bolts each on two wings). Add anti-seize to bolts before reattaching.

For Belt: Set cutting deck to lowest level for easy removal of belt shield. Remove belt shield and loosen guides to remove and replace belt. Shifting to a high gear can help with getting belt past engine pulley. Reattach guides and adjust belt, then re-install shield.
