Wrong part.
I tried twice to get an air cleaner cover for my Ryobi Full Crank Power Head. I can't find a part number on my device so went with the name and photo. Both times the photo looked close enough but didn't have views from all directions. Both times it was the wrong part.

Install a new air filter ring, install the cover -- it just pops on. Be very specific about what Ryobi power head you have -- there are a lot of 3400x models and many of the parts - like this cover - are NOT interchangeable.
