it has not arrived!
When ordering I did not realize that you will not use a carrier as FedEx or similar. You used USPS. My order was coming to Mexico. For some reason the tracking stopped when announced that the piece was traveling from Mexico City to destination. Is there a possible choice of a different carrier? I may need to order the spare part again.

Screwdriver, Pliers, Impact Driver (essential for this repair)
In order to open the device I removed 4 screws from the base. This was the most difficult task. In order not to ruin the screws I used Impact driver and torque bit. The same tools are needed to replace the screws. The other part of the repair was easy and involved removing 4 screws to remove the gear cover and replacing broken gears with the new ones and lubricating.
