This is a genuine OEM sourced replacement filter which is supplied for use with Porter Cable, Delta and DeVilbiss air compressors. Its purpose is to ensure the air that goes into the unit is free of dust and other contaminants. Over time the filter may get dirty and clogged restricting the airflow, inspect it periodically and replace as needed to maintain peak performance. Please note this high-quality component is made of durable foam material and it is sold individually.

removed 4 screws, cleaned inside filter housing. Replaced with new filter, replaced cove and4 screws.

Air compressor would not shut off without unplugging from Power

Unplug compressor from Power, take cover off pressure switch remove wiring clips remove pressure switch, install a new pressure switch connect all wiring clips tighten everything down, and turn it on!
