Pliers, Hydraulic Jack
Parts Used
Jack up the lawn tractor and put on blocks/jack stands
Disconnect mower deck from mower by pulling spring loaded connection arms in back and cotter keyed pins in front (4 connection points - 2 front & 2 back)
Slide mower deck out from under tractor
Install v-belt by threading through 3 mandrill pulleys in serpentine fashion
Slide mower deck back under tractor
Jack deck into place and re-attach to the 4 tractor connection points
Attach mower deck v-belt to drive pulley on tractor motor
Tighten/re-engage v-belt spring tensioner on mower deck
Lift & Lower tractor off blocks/jack stands
Start engine and test belt installation for completeness/operational readiness
