Only minor suggestion, I wish motor comes with mounting screws. If you already have mounting screws from old motor then you are good. I had to make few trips to find exact screws from local stores. Otherwise motor itself fits and work nicely. Make sure motor you are ordering is compatible with with existing vent/power connection.
