Product Description

?

This genuine replacement tire is designed for JET and Powermatic 14-inch band saws, providing the traction needed to keep the blade centered for smooth, precise cuts. Made from durable rubber or urethane, it fits both upper and lower wheels and helps maintain proper blade tracking and grip. Ideal for restoring performance when original tires become cracked, hardened, or worn, this component ensures accurate cutting and reduces vibration. Installation is simple—remove the old tire and stretch the new one over the wheel for a secure fit.

The parts were and exact fit. When you put the new tires on make sure you put them in hot water for a few minutes before trying to install. They are suppose to be a tight fit. The drive belt was very easy to replace. The band saw runs really quiet now and tracks great..
Shipping was very quick like always.

Replaced an old tire

James from Knoxville, Tennessee

1 person found this instruction helpful.
Difficulty Level:
A Bit Difficult
Total Repair Time:
15 - 30 mins
Parts Used:

Old tire dried out allowing the blade to slip. The new tire seems small but you just have to let it sit in warm/hot water to make it pliable enough to stretch. If you can, its best to have two people attaching this tire on the wheel.
