I removed all of the broken parts and ordered replacement parts from ereplacementparts. After replacing all of the parts I put on a new blade and adjusted everything. Works Great.

Removed old support bracket from upper bracket post
Installed the new support bracket its place
Removed the worn guide blocks, Then adjusted them to the blade, the thickness of a dollar bill. Installed the new upper blade guard.

Heated water to put the tires in & it slipped right on, blocks were easy to install. I then spaced the blocks between the blades with a dollar bill.
