It is a special screw that is generally used to secure the rope in the starter pulley. Please refer to diagrams of your equipment for proper application of this hardware. This screw is made from durable metal and it is sold individually. To remove or install this screw you will need a flat-head screwdriver.

Watch ereplacementparts on youtube on how to install spring-starter was helpful. I could be wrong but couldn't find and order other decals for side the of housing-fan (poulan model P3816) and rear of shield-cylinder (instruction on how to start and stop chainsaw).
