Product Description ?

This replacement four port regulator is a genuine OEM supplied part that is specially designed for use with DeVilbiss and Porter Cable air compressors. It allows user to regulate the air pressure in the compressors tank, it is also used to regulate the air pressure of the air exiting the tank. Over time the internal components may develop air leaks requiring regulator to be replaced for the compressor to function as intended. It is made from durable metal with a plastic knob and it is sold individually.

    Take off the parts on the broken regulator that do not come with the new one. Then take off the old regulator. Now place the new regulator in its place and put all of the parts back on.

    Replaced worn safety valve and regulator

    Remove the safety valve from the pressure switch and replace with the new one. Then remove the parts on the old regulator that do not come with the new one. Remove the old regulator and install the new one , and all the parts that were on the old one.

    air leak at regulator

    Wrench Set, small pipe wrench

    Unplugged compressor.
    removed air line.
    removed air line dryer and 3" nipple from regulator.
    removed old regulator
    reassembled with new regulator, applying pipe tape to existing nipples and attached air line dryer.
    plugged in compressor and let it come to set pressure.
    no air leak. Compressor ready to use.

    2. replaced with new regulator, used teflon paste on threads
    3. new regulator stopped the leak

    Removed old parts from the old regulator.Removed old regulator. Installed the new one. Put all of the parts back on the new one. Taped threads on pipe ends and tightened all connections.
