I ordered this part for my DeLonghi indoor grill. The original broke when it was accidentally dropped during being washed. When I received the part from your company, the part was broken. (Maybe DeLonghi needs to reconsider the design of their part!) When I called the number and explained the situation, the man on the other end of the line was apologetic and very helpful. He not only sent a replacement part, but refunded my total cost for the part! What a wonderful and thoughtful experience! Thank you!

3. Inserted two screws and tightened

1. Removed two screws holding old plug cover with a phillips screwdriver.
2. Make sure to capture two spacers.
3. Slide old cover off of plug housing and discard.
4. Align screws and spacers and screw new cover in place.
5. Do not over tighten as this will crack new cover.

Just carefully unscrew the two screws and washers and don't forget how the washers go back on or lose them because they are very small, and replace with new cover and don't over tighten.
