Took off the carburetor and disassembled it completely. Cleaned the bare metal body with carb cleaner and blew it dry with compressed air. Rebuilt it with the gasket and reed kit, reinstalled it and then put on the new fuel tank, fuel filter, air filter, tank grommet and new fuel and vent lines. For the cover:
1> Removed the top housing (Phillips screw)
2> Disengaged the throttle line (With a small box wrench)
3> unscrew the allen screws
4> Remove the old cover and reinstall new cover after a wipe down
5> Secure the allen screws
6> Re-engage the throttle and tighted adjusting nut

For the Bulb:
1> Unscrew the two phillips screws that hold the old bulb housing and remove old bulb
2> clean off debris from prime bulb area
3> Install new Bulb
4> re-install housing and reinstall screws
5> Test the prime
