Dysfunctional website will cost you money!
It's great that you had this part. It's ONE of the parts I originally needed and ordered from eReplacements.com. There was another component of this order that was NOT in stock, but 'stock status' was NOT disclosed, nor was the inability of eReplacements.com to ship the items separately. When I received the email that told me of backordered items and the holdup of the entire order, I tried to access my order online to cancel. I also tried calling the company. After receiving another email w/cancellation instructions, I proceeded to cancel (I thought) the first order, and create one with just the items I needed right away. I just received notification that my first order is being shipped because the backordered parts arrived. I realize I probably should have been more proactively checking to make sure, but was just happy to have grill parts I needed on the way. I think I've successfully cancelled the first order now, but it's costing me $50 on the outside for shipping costs. I'm not a first timer either, but good communication and website function is totally something I should expect and not have to pay extra for. My future business will depend on how this situation is handled moving forward.

Remove grates, use nut driver to remove single screw to remove remnants of the old heat shield, and place new heat shield and install screw. Replace grates and you are done.
Removed the grill grates
The rusted screw holding the heat shield was removed with a vice grip pliers.
Removed the rusted heat shield
Replaced the heat shield with a new one and a new screw that was provided.

Old rusted burners and bolts; heat shield had burned all the way through
Removed all old parts. Most time was spent removing old rusted bolts, which required the blowtorch. Once everything was off, replacement was easy and quick. Each part came will detailed instructions on how to replace, and extra screws/bolts.

Had to remove grill grates to access the heat shield in the Weber grill. Since the grill was a few years old, a socket, nut driver or wrench would not grip the head of the small bolt that held in the shield. I tried both American and Metric sizes.
