Removed all old parts. Most time was spent removing old rusted bolts, which required the blowtorch. Once everything was off, replacement was easy and quick. Each part came will detailed instructions on how to replace, and extra screws/bolts.
The exploded diagram of our model Weber grill made it very easy to select the correct parts/ part numbers. Ordering was easy. Shipping was quick, efficient, and very reasonable. And now I know how to easily maintain my grill, as I have had it all apart. Where possible, I have switched out to stainless steel screws and bolts to decrease the chance of rust in the future
I would willingly tackle it again

Heat shield was rusted out

Tools:
Nutdriver, Pliers
Parts Used:

Had to remove grill grates to access the heat shield in the Weber grill. Since the grill was a few years old, a socket, nut driver or wrench would not grip the head of the small bolt that held in the shield. I tried both American and Metric sizes. I used locking pliers to grab on the head of the bolt and I was able to twist it out. It was a relatively easy job with the right tools.
