Product Description

?

Restore your grill’s performance with this genuine replacement burner tube set, designed specifically for Weber gas grills and sourced directly from the original manufacturer. Made from durable stainless steel, these burners are built to withstand high heat and resist corrosion, ensuring long-lasting use. The set includes three (3) burner tubes, each featuring an igniter mounting bracket, an air adjustment shutter, and a spider screen to prevent blockages from insects and debris. Installation is quick and straightforward—no special tools required, just a standard screwdriver. To begin, ensure the gas tank is disconnected for safety. Then, remove the screws securing the old burners and detach them from the control valves. Next, position the new burners and secure them using the included hardware. Once everything is in place, reconnect the gas tank and test the burners to confirm proper operation. This replacement set is perfect for grill owners looking to maintain even heat distribution and consistent flame performance with minimal effort.

Really it\'s straight forward I was doing this in about 20 degree weather not to mention and was still very easy.. What I really liked about the parts I received is they come with new hardware ( bolts) as well .. Great idea just for the fact existing hardware does get rusty from the heat so I would recommend having a socket set vs just a screw driver .. More than likely removing old parts will result in stripped screws etc.. So that why I would use sockets .. Never took apart a grill before but with common sense it is easy .. It\'s for sure much more cost effective than replacing entire grill.. My grill would of been around 800 bucks to replace it .. I bought my parts and working as good as new for 150 bucks .. Very good site to buy parts from ..

Holes in burner tubes Weber Genesis 310 Grill

It started out as trying to remove steel screws out of an aluminum Weber Grill main frame. These screws are holding the burner tubes to the frame. Since the screws have been in there for 9 years and countless hours of grilling they were not moving. The slots were melted and I could not get a socket on the top of the screws. So out comes t he drill and with a 3/16\" drill bit I drilled the top of the screw off. Never tried to get the remaining screws out of the holes. Since I do not move the grill a lot the burners are sitting on the shelf of the frame and it works great. Either it was this repair or buy a new grill, so it was just the cost of the 3 burner set!!! Once the screws were removed the repair was simple, just watched the YouTube video.

Took out the 3 bolts holding burner tube down. Slid electric igniters off tubes. Replaced tubes and igniters. Dropped in flavorizer bars. Hardest thing was one bolt was burnt and rounded. Other wise easy fix.

Had to remove the old burners by removing the screws that hold them. They were so rusted out that I needed to drill out the screws, heads were gone and had to re-thread the holes which was very time-consuming. Sometimes I understand why people just replace things.
