Pawl broke as well as seized to the pawl screw.

Removed the old pawl screw which had the pawl seized to it.
Inserted the new pawl and screwed the new pawl screw in.

Removed the side where the handle is. removed the top spacer bar and replaced with new.Removed the worm drive and bearings. Replaced the worm cover and worm drive. Replaced the worm drive bearings. Put the side back on and tightened all screws. Good to go.
