I had previously taken apart a Penn 345 reel to replace some worn out parts. I got everything back together and noticed that a screw on the crank handle was missing so I ordered one and completed my project.
Removed the side where the handle is. removed the top spacer bar and replaced with new.Removed the worm drive and bearings. Replaced the worm cover and worm drive. Replaced the worm drive bearings. Put the side back on and tightened all screws. Good to go.
