Main burners were rusty and falling apart. Big yellow flame and unsafe. The ignition module didn\'t work. The heat tents were rusted and burned out.

I pulled the knobs off of the front of the flame adjustment valves. I removed the two screws behind each valve. This allowed me to flex the front enough to replace the ignition module. The screws securing the burners were rusted so I drilled them out and replaced them with new screws. Everything else was easy peasy. My six burner grill wi th side burner works like new. A huge savings over buying a new grill. Ron W.
