I removed the screws from the motor housing, and removed it. I then removed the retaining ring holding the shaft and front roller in the roller arm. I then removed the old tension roller arm and placed the new one with the old roller shaft cup washers and retaining ring. I placed the complete assembly in the sander housing, then installed
