Cleaned insert location and lightly tapped table insert into place with hammer after removing blade.

Tire required using hand force to slide it into place on the upper saw wheel.

I bought a Jet band saw at a sale that had been dropped. Several parts were broken and had to be replaced.

I removed all of the broken parts and ordered replacement parts from ereplacementparts. After replacing all of the parts I put on a new blade and adjusted everything. Works Great.

table broke off saw when saw fell out of the back of my pickup truck.

Removed the broken trunnions from the table and replaced them. Replaced the clamp shoes also. Reinstalled the table and adjusted to to perpendicular to the saw blade.

Bracket holding the lower guide bearing came loose

Remove table,removed blade, removed tires, replaced bearings and added bushing and larger washers to hold lower bracket in place. install new tires top & down, installed new blade, realigned bearing guides, blade on the tires, reinstall table, back to work

1. Removed the table off the saw.
2. Removed the broken parts.
3. Replace them with the new ones.
