PERFECT PART-WRONG ADVICE BY YOUR EMPLOYEES!!
MY FRIDGE IS ABOUT 2 YEARS OLD. IT WOULD FREEZE ICE ON TOP, BUT, IT DID NOT COOL THE BOTTOM PART. I HAVE REPLACED THE: MOTOR-BLOWER-EVAP- FAN IN ABOUT 10 DIFFERENT REFRIDGERATORS IN THE PAST OVER A LIFETIME, SO I KNEW RIGHT AWAY WHAT PART I NEEDED. I ACTUALLY TALKED TO 3 OF YOUR EMPLOYEES- ALL WOMEN- AND THEY KEPT TELLING ME THAT I NEEDED THE COMPRESSOR AT THE BACK OF THE FRIDGE AND WOULD NOT LISTEN TO MY SUGGESTION AT ALL. IN THEIR OPINION-THEY WERE THE EXPERTS AND THAT I SHOULD LISTEN TO THEIR ADVICE. I CHOSE TO GO WITH MY EXPERIENCE AND ORDERED PART NO: 5304521244 AFTER I HUNG UP THE PHONE WITH THEM. OVER THE YEARS OF ORDERING PARTS FROM YOU ALL, I HAVE CALLED AND TALKED TO "WOMEN"- WHO HAVE HAD EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF PARTS THAT I HAVE NEEDED AND HAVE BEEN THE "PERFECT PART". THIS WAS THE FIRST PART THAT THEY ALL SAID- IT WAS THE WRONG PART. LIFE IS NOT PERFECT- THINGS DO NOT GO THE WAY WE WANT THEM TO GO- AND I ACCEPT THEIR EFFORT TO HELP-EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THE WRONG PART THAT THEY WANTED TO SELL TO ME.
