Pedal leg bushing cracked
Removed housing around pedal leg and pulley assembly-You need a long reach phillips screwdriver. Pay attention to where screws come from. There are different lengths.

Remove pedal leg by removing wheel and screw holding leg to crank arm with washers.

Slide off pedal leg

Then I used a flat end punch to knock out old bushing. It came out fairly easy.

Then I found out the new bushing was not an exact fit. It was too big. It was part plastic and brass, not all brass as original. (I'm assuming brass) Which turned out to work well as I filed the plastic down until it fit snugly in pedal leg. The size of bushing was correct to fit over crank arm.

Reassembled and all is well. (Maybe I ordered wrong bushing, all models seemed to have the same part number, but it all worked out)
