This lower rack is sourced from the original manufacturer for use in dishwashers. The rack is found at the bottom of the dishwasher, where it hold dishes and utensils during use. It has four wheels on either side to allow the user to easily slide it in and out of the dishwasher as needed. Over time, the wheels can wear out or become damaged, or some of the tines/prongs may break off. A faulty lower rack will likely be unstable, difficult to slide in and out, damage the appliance interior, and reduce the loading capacity of the dishwasher. To remove and replace the lower rack, simply pull out the faulty one and align the new rack with the mounting brackets. Ensure it is stable and secure before loading it with kitchenware.
