1. Removed the housing that contains the throttle handle, from the lawn mower handlebar.
2. Removed a few small screws which holds the housing together.
3. Removed the existing broken handle.
4. Inserted the new handle.
5. screwed the housing back together.
6. Mounted the handle housing back onto the steel tubular handlebar.
7. All done. Cheers!

Removed and replaced the broken lever with a new one that I purchased at Ereplacement parts.com. Removed 4 torx screws and opened the case to replace the handle. Very simple, self explanatory job.
