I have a K-cup that I bought from you that is not even out of the box, but I'm told I can't return it without paying return postage because I made the mistake of buying the wrong one. My kcup machine started to explode liquid coffee through any possible hole. I thought it was the needle gasket; it was not. The water was flowing in too fast. The only remedy to prevent a coffee grounds and liquid mess is to poke 2-3 more holes in your kcup pack with your gasket needle before pushing the brew button. I kept the new part because it is reasonably affordable and it's good to have an extra around.

Bottom needle in k cup holder was bent and worn out. Wasn't puncturing properly and was getting coffee grounds everywhere.

1. Lifted out k-cup holder with fingers. Dropped in new holder.
2. Removed entrance needle gasket with fingers. Inserted new gasket with fingers after cleaning the area with a damp paper towel.
