1. Removed beater bar assembly, floor pick up hose, gasket and spring loaded locking mechanism.

I watched the repair video a couple of times and had it paused at the various stages of disassembly. Going back together was relativly easy but remember, these parts are fragile and do not like a lot of distortion. A vigorous and hearty thumbs up to the EReplacement team for providing OEM parts for a 15 year old machine. A new unit would have cost 4 to 5 times the repair cost. Thanks again for the excellent service and support.
