This part comes directly from Andis. The Hinge is used on multiple models of Andis hair clippers. The Hinge holds the blade into place allowing the Blade Drive to move the cutter on the blade back and forth. The Hinge should be replaced if it no longer has enough tension to secure the blade. To replace the Hinge two Philips Head Screws need to be removed. Once they are removed replacing the hinge will be simple.

Easy repair, quick fix
The hinge I ordered was brand new and fit my bgrc clipper perfectly. The old hinge original part had worn out and the blades wouldn't stay latched on. When I put the new hinge from ereplacementparts the blades stayed on and ran so smooth. I will definitely purchase more replacement parts from this site, they are the only ones that have the specific replacement parts for my clipper and I received my part I needed on time.

It's unfortunate that the part I ordered did not work at all when I tried to fix my clippers. The service otherwise was great from placing the order up until I received the actual part .
