Vaccum roller brush belt was worn and loose.
1. Remove cover for roller brush.
2. Removed old worn loose belt.
3. Install new belt and replaced cover for brush.

beater bar stopped rotating
1- removed beater bar guard no tools required
2- removed belt off motor shaft
3- removed beater bar from sweeper
4- removed belt from beater bar
5- installed reversing all the steps

Belt broke
Removed screws. Phillips head screwdriver. Took off brush roller. Replaced new belt. Reverse process. Very simple. Perfect fit. Works like new.

Brush roller was not turning. The bearings were frozen solid, brush roller cannot be disassembled.
Removed the housing for the brush roller underneath the vacuum cleaner.
The roller brush will come off same with the belt.
Installed the new brush roller and belt.
Re-installed the housing.
