Blower is old and the fuel lines rotten so it was cheaper to replace the tank with this tank than replace the lines.
1. Removed the two screws holding the tank in place.
2. Used a screw driver to pry the tank off of the anchors on the sides of the tank.
3. Removed the air filter box for access to the back of the carburetor.
4. Disconnected the old line and removed the tank. (make sure you do not cross the hoses when you install the new tank.)
5. Connected the new lines.
6. Using the screw driver, pry the side plate up and slide the new tank in place. ( I used the same rubber spacers from the old tank.)
7. Replaced the screws.
8. Reinstalled the air filter box.
9. I also replaced the air filter
10. Pumped the primer bulb, put the choke on, pulled the rope three times and it started up.

Diagnosed that the carburetor was the problem, and replaced with replacement unit.
Runs great now. The complete carburetor was only a few bucks more than the rebuild kit, so I took the easy way.
