This part is made of fabric, a metal zipper for essay clean up, and the plastic mounting bracket. There are no tools required for installation, the dust bag comes already assembled. Just slide the mounting bracket on to the body of the saw to install.

If you're looking for a straight up replacement...
...look elsewhere. The opening in this dust bag is simply too small to fit P411 sander even though it's on the part list. You'll need to either sand down the opening quite a bit 1/8"+ or you duct tape it to the dust outlet on the sander. The only good thing about his part is not that expensive, but it's not what I expected.
