This is an authentic replacement part which is supplied by the original manufacturer. The drum support is designed for use with Whirlpool dryers. The purpose of these rollers component is to support the drum. These are identical replacements for damaged or missing parts that were installed on a new unit. Note, it includes two durable rollers and two washers. It is advised that both rollers should be replaced at the same time. You will need a screwdriver to remove the cover and replace these drum support rollers.

Quick fix back drying immediately
Roller in my daughter's dryer started making a noise. Discovered one wheel was coming apart. Ordered a set while we had it down. Son in law had it back up and drying new baby clothes quietly in about an hour. Success

Disconnect power
Remove two screws under lint trap
Use putty knife to push in upper left and right corners of top
Disconnect door wires
Remove front screws with nut driver
Remove drum
Remove rollers
Install new rollers
Assemble in reverse order
Remove two screws under lint trap

Disconnect door wires
Remove front screws with nut driver
Remove drum
Remove rollers
Install new rollers

I looked up a video online about how to repair my model dryer. I followed the directions and now my dryer sounds normal. It was really a lot easier than I thought it would be. I'm glad I did this on my own.

Removed top of dryer
Removed front of dryer
Lifted out drum and replaced belt, rollers and idler pully
Hardest part was putting drum back in place but it wasn't the bad

Remove 2 screws at lent trap door
Lift top from front
Remove two screws inside front panel
Remove front panel
Remove drum, idler wheels and tensioner
Replace idler wheels and tensioner, belt drum and front cover with front cover screws
Move belt over motor pully and tensioner
Test drum rotation
Lower top install two screws at lent trap door
Lift top from front
Remove two screws inside front panel
Remove front panel
Remove drum, idler wheels and tensioner
Replace idler wheels and tensioner, belt drum and front cover with front cover screws
Move belt over motor pully and tensioner
Test drum rotation
