    Supply Chain Issue
I ordered an electric replacement cord for my Milwaukee Sawzall in August of 2021. It was back-ordered and eventually arrived in the end of February 2022. In spite of the delay, which was out of eReplacement Parts control, I am extremely pleased with my product and their service performance. They were genuinely apologetic and kept me informed as to the status of my order. I will continue to use them in the future and have no problem recommending their services to anyone.
