Poor packing
I ordered this cooking pot three times, and each time it arrived broken into ten or more pieces. Customer service was good about the refund, but I just couldn't get the pot. I gave up.

This is the second time I ordered this item from ereplacement. The first time it arrived in several pieces. No packing material. The second time, it was in about 15 pieces. No packing material. Also, it took about 6 weeks to get here. When I called for a refund, she said I could re order and she would place a special note to have packing material placed. We'll see.
